We have finally added some floor to the first floor where it will be 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The suspentes for this room are also getting done. The big indoor window will hopefully be put sometime soon (all depeding to French Labour).

Nothing major as the whole france seems to be on holidays, and hard to get material etc.
Just huge major clear in the main room, as the chaux is finished, Sorry sorry no photos.
Also the suspentes are done and finished on the loft area, waiting for the floor to arrive and insolation is already there waiting to be put in place..

Sorry sorry sorry too much to do and forgot to update the blog.
So we finished with the internal chaux (still the outside to be done).
We are now doing some roof insulation and started by adding the point of attach for the rails. (Suspentes).

Nothing much new going on, we are still re pointing!
This weekend we had to cut the grass as it was starting to be very very very high

We are still repointing the house....as inside walls, we havent even started the outside....
We have managed to finish this wall! Woohoo just another 300m2 to do!
We are almost half way this wall! so this coming weekend we hopefully shall finish it !
here you can c the contrast between the internal wall and the external. Also the olive tree is growing strong and will look lovely once the glass panel is added!

This week we had help from Alex "little" brother, Pierre.
So they started by cleaning the area
then by rebuilding the top of the 2 outside back windows.
Looks very nice!!! Just missing to repoint it.....
Next of course was back to the CHAUX!
Here Pierre after he finally managed to put the bucket in place! We are still on the same wall, it is taking its time....
This coming weekend we hopefully will finish this wall and start the other one.
Lastly few picture that Pierre took from the house.

We are still repoint the house...and we will be doing this for a long while.....
It takes around one hour to do 1m2.
OK first, will show the new windows!! It was added sometime last week.
The small window for the kitchen was also
added.
The big internal window, is awaiting to be added.
We cleaned a bit of the chicken house, as this summer the roof will be changed.
And finally we repointed almost one full wall....

This past weekend we had a little help of Alex parents.
We did repoint some walls, which does takes forever, and Alex and Mr Hanin almost finished the plasterboard.
1)Plasterboard
For some reason we didnt have enough plasterboard and had far too much insolation ....

This weekend we finished the partition did a bit of joint.
But first, a little photo of the front of the house without the big garage gate. Soon it will be a glass door. the window frame were done wrong, so we are waiting for it to be redone, before we can
add the windows.
2) Finally Alex accepted to wear a security harness!!!

Not much going on in Jumilhac Land!
Extremelly bad weather, alot of mud so work sort of was very slow....
So this weekend we started doing the rails and adding plasterboard to the wall that had to go down.
PS - Please pay attention that Alex has no Sercurity Harness, I just would like to point it out because I said it SEVERAL times but he just wont listen!
